Hubble completed 1 billion seconds in space. See here

Hubble is past the age of 31, more than expected. NASA expected Hubble to complete its mission into space after 30 years, but it did not and continues to function and bring us spectacular images and information from space. In any case, Hubble no longer works the way it did in the '95s. It has become increasingly difficult to function lately, to lose signal with NASA or even to be unable to communicate with NASA for a long time. Hubble also began to send far fewer images than it sent and provided fewer information. It is an old telescope and has already exceeded NASA expectations. That is why the space agency expects Hubble to stop operating soon. But, you never know, it may probably work longer.
Hubble has always amazed us from the first image sent on May 17, 1991, when NASA jumped for joy and all of humanity has really seen what a telescope is capable of, by 2021 with dozens of spectacular images. These over 31 years did not only include images, they included 5 interventions of the astronauts to repair some components of the telescope. In addition, according to NASA data, the telescope sent over 1.5 million scientific observations. Hubble has paved the way for space observations and paved the way for new horizons. Thanks to him, NASA knew how to create the James Webb Telescope.
If Hubble was able to amaze humanity, what do you think Webb could do? Or later the Nancy Grace Telescope? We look forward to seeing data from Webb in the future from Grace and hopefully receiving information and images from Hubble as soon as possible.
We wish success to NASA, Hubble, Webb and Grace, but also to all the telescopes that will be launched.
