Perseverance Rover: The recent image of a metal drill on the Martian surface

The Perseverance rover came up with a rather strange picture in a sense. It captures a cylindrical metal object on the Martian surface.
The picture is clear enough for us to realize that it is a drill and what it looks like is a Perseverance drill. That's right, it's a Perseverance drill.
Unfortunately, many have reacted quite badly to this photo, saying that they (space organizations) only want to prove ancient life on Mars. But this is not the case. Perseverance dropped this drill on the Martian surface last year and replaced it with another.
The proof is the tweets below:
Hey what is that object in Mars Perseverance's RAW image (Sol 353) acquired on Feb. 16, 2022? A proof of ancient aliens as exposed on these days by some UFO grifters? 🤣 Nope, it's a drill bit intentionally dropped by @NASAPersevere, as exposed here: https://t.co/gJuJATQqYV pic.twitter.com/2NrsHARAmX

I brought ten drill bits to Mars. Most are for collecting samples; others, like this one, are for abrading rocks (grinding away the outer surface). That’s all part of getting to the scientific clues hidden inside the rocks. pic.twitter.com/Lu4u3KlnmN

We wish perseverance success in its mission to explore and explore the planet Mars.
