News! Tomorrow, December 4, 2021, there will be a total and / or partial eclipse of the Sun, and those who will see it best will be the people of the southern hemisphere. Thus Antarctica will have one of the best experiences. And on the opposite side is Australia, which will see a small part of the eclipse, a partial eclipse. This eclipse is formed due to the fact that the Moon is for a maximum of 2 minutes between the Sun and the Earth, thus covering the Sun. This means the total eclipse. Partial eclipse means when the moon covers a certain part of the sunlight that should reach the Earth.

You can see here: https://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/map/2021-december-4?n=2210 if you can see the eclipse, depending on where you are. If you catch a total eclipse, it will cover the sunlight in such a way that you will think it is night, but you will see a streak next to the moon, a streak of light from the sun surrounding the moon. But at this eclipse, only a few Antarctic residents will be able to see a total eclipse. The other countries that will be able to see the eclipse will see a partial eclipse.

NASA has announced in a post that some people in St. Helena, Namibia, Lesotho, South Africa, South Georgia and the Sandwich Islands, Crozet Islands, Falkland Islands, Chile, New Zealand and Australia will see a partial solar eclipse on 4 December 2021. Remember that you need to wear special glasses and not look directly at the sun during an eclipse.

NASA will broadcast live images on youtube and NASA live TV at 1:30 p.m. EST, December 4, 2021.

We wish you success in seeing this eclipse if you are in one of the parties that has this possibility.
